At 11am on a Wednesday, a good percentage of the shelves were bare????
I understand that since it’s august, it’s time for the Christmas stuff to be out out but this was throughout the store?
Even the Starbucks and snack bar were shut down? It almost seemed like they were going out of business?
Also, they have 22 checkout positions and two were open with long lines on each! I know they want you to become and employee and use self checkout but even that was about a 10 minute wait.
Out of 22 registers available, they only have 4 that had staff working at such a glacial rate...the self-checkout line was triple the length and its unfathomable how such a big company can't afford to open more registers on a WEEKEND when more customers go shop. The staff are in no rush to speed up the checkout process, with the exception of Emily who was at least trying to assist in delegating customers to various registers.
Thank you for reading and good luck! (:
8 out of 10 times I see something on the website saying it's in stock when I get to the store it is NOT. Today went there and four items at a five were out of stock. I also noticed the place is getting dirty-looking
Giant location with most products in stock (store pickup and delivery available). There is an abundance of parking here as this is a larger shopping plaza. The employees are friendly and some asked me if I needed assistance. When you ring the bell for a locked item to be opened it will take up to five minutes for someone to arrive (max). Checkout can be a bit long if you’re not doing self checkout. Saw a couple cashiers struggling with EBT and OTC cards for minutes until a manager came and almost immediately fixed/scanned everything correctly. The restrooms are spacious and clean and there is a Starbucks inside.
I used to love going to this location, but just within the past year this place has downgraded so bad that I no longer wish to shop here. It used to be clean, organized, fully stocked with civilized shoppers. Slowly it became the opposite. Right outside the store there is always so much garbage on the floor. The shoe area is HORRENDOUS, with 50 shoes all on the floor. (See picture below) The women’s bathroom is always filthy and smelly, with broken locks on the stalls. The customers that come in have gotten worse too. The employees are not great but ok. Its giving Walmart energy.
It's a good Target. Well stocked and fairly well kept neat. Starbucks is currently under renovation. The pizza hut express and other food options seem to be a thing of the past. Not a big loss.
First time I went here was in the summer. I was with a bunch of JCC people and it was a good experience. They have a lot of movies games furniture stuff for your kitchen they even have a Starbucks coffee spot where you can get breakfast. 👌🍩☕ Second time I went there was on Friday before my birthday. So we stopped there first because the food court in the mall doesn't open until like 11: 00am. I got beef jerky at this place and the checkout was a little complicated but I had a good time running around the store and getting out to go to the mall. I recommend you go to this one on Richmond avenue it's just by the mall. 🙂👍
Terrible experience. Got an email my order was ready. Proceeded to the store. Waited 10 minutes before an associate stuck their head out of the back room to help me. Scanned my phone, departed, came back 10 minutes later to say they don't have my item. I can just cancel it. CANCEL IT? Unable to do so because tye employee scanned the app. Now she says I can return it. How the hell am I supposed to return something I don't physically have?? Unable to do a return they got another 2 employees who spent some time looking. Low and behold 20 minutes later they "found" my item. REALLY? 45 minutes to pick up an order that I almost was unable to get? Do better Target!
